Imaging in 2020

Jackson Lake Lodge is 35 miles from the Jackson Hole airport, in Grand Teton National Park.

Local Transportation Shuttle service to/from the airport will be provided by conference staff beginning Saturday afternoon and ending Friday morning. This service will not run continuously, so you MUST MAKE A RESERVATION.

To make your reservation, please email your arrival and departure information, including airline name and flight number, along with the number in your party, to Kristin Schmidt at imagingin2020@gmail.com. The deadline for making a shuttle reservation is Sunday, September 11.

Participants who are arriving before Saturday afternoon or departing later than Friday morning will be responsible for their own transportation. AllTrans, Inc provides shuttle service to Jackson Lake Lodge ($45+tax each way). Reservations are required and can be made by telephone (800-443-6133) or on-line.

Getting to Jackson Hole
Several major airlines provide service to Jackson, Wyoming (JAC):

· Delta (through Salt Lake City)
· Northwest (through Minneapolis/St. Paul)
· United (through Denver)
