Getting to Jackson Hole
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Jackson Hole. When making travel plans, please keep in mind that registration begins at 4:00 on the 23rd, and the conference concludes at noon on the 27th. Jackson Lake Lodge is 35 miles from the Jackson Hole airport.
Shuttle transportation from the Jackson Hole airport to Jackson Lake Lodge is included in the registration fee. However, participants must make arrangements with the Lodge to have the bus pick them up. Please call the Lodge at 800-628-9988 to schedule the shuttle. Have your flight number and arrival time ready. Be sure to tell them that you are with Imaging in 2020 and that the cost is covered by the conference. (You will be responsible for the shuttle fee for any guests.)
Travel arrangements for Speakers and Session Chairs are being coordinated through SAIC-Frederick, Inc. To arrange travel, please contact Lana Cross, Program Coordinator, at 301-846-5052 or crossl@mail.nih.gov. We cannot reimburse travelers who elect not to use this mechanism.
