All participants are invited to present their work via abstract and poster.

 

 

POSTERS

 

Posters will be set up on Sunday during registration and will remain displayed for the duration of the conference. Informal poster sessions for discussion are scheduled throughout the week.

 

Please note unusual poster dimensions:

 

The spaces allotted for posters are only 3.5 feet wide. Please limit poster size to 3 feet WIDE by 5 feet HIGH.

 

If you plan to bring a poster, be sure to notify the conference coordinator, Kristin Schmidt, so that she can ensure adequate space. We may not be able to accommodate last-minute additions.

 

 

ABSTRACTS

 

Abstracts will be printed in black & white in the conference binder.  The deadline for abstract submission is August 20. We cannot guarantee inclusion of abstracts received after this date.

 

Please limit the abstract to 300 words and submit it in Microsoft Word format. E-mail your abstract to Miss Kristin Schmidt at schmidtkr@mail.nih.gov.
