Airlines serving Jackson Hole (this information subject to change):
    * American (through Dallas/Fort Worth)
    * Delta (through Salt Lake City)
    * Northwest (through Minneapolis/St. Paul)
    * United (through Denver)

Speakers and Session Chairs must make their travel arrangements through the government travel agency. Information on how to do this will be emailed to all speakers and session chairs. Contact Kristin Schmidt, the conference coordinator, with questions. We regret that we cannot reimburse travelers who purchase their tickets on their own.

Local Transportation

Jackson Lake Lodge is 35 miles from the Jackson Hole airport. Round-trip shuttle transportation from the airport to Jackson Lake Lodge is included in the registration fee. (Participants will be responsible for the shuttle fee for any guests.) ALLTRANS, Inc. is providing this service. Participants must contact ALLTRANS directly to make arrangements for the shuttle. Reservations can be made by telephone (800-443-6133) or on-line.

Instructions for the on-line reservation system (conference registrants only):
   Go to the Shuttle Reservations tab.
   Click on Agents and area travel partners.
   At the prompt, enter “imaging” as the agent code.
   Enter “imaging” as the sales agent name.
   Enter all flight information (arrival and departure).
   Enter your last name as the voucher number.
