The conference will be held at Jackson Lake Lodge (Moran, Wyoming).
A block of rooms is being held for us, at a discounted rate, until Monday, August 5th. Our conference rate is:
- Non-view Cottage Room $418/night + tax (currently 11%)
- Non-view Cottage Room with Patio $430/night + tax
REDUCED RATE DEADLINE
After August 5th, the reduced conference rate is no longer available and the Lodge cannot guarantee room availability. Grant Teton National Park is very popular in September, so please be sure to make your reservation before AUGUST 5!

ENTRANCE FEE
Please note, Grand Teton National Park charges an entrance fee (currently $20/person or $35/vehicle). This fee is collected by the National Park Service, not by Jackson Lake Lodge, and is therefore not included in the room rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE NOTE the Lodge’s Deposit and Cancellation Policies: A deposit of two nights’ rate plus tax will be due at the time of the reservation. The deposit is refundable (minus a $30 processing fee) if the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days in advance. If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior, you will forfeit your full deposit.
